The team is recognised for its strategic insight and data-driven approach to litigation, helping clients shape market behaviours and refine their claims strategies. As Supervisor, you will manage a small team of handlers, oversee technical performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services across a varied caseload.This role offers the opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop junior colleagues while maintaining your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated credit hire matters. You''ll also play a key role in client engagement and business development initiatives.What you''ll need to succeedYou will be an experienced litigation professional with a background in credit hire, personal injury, or similar motor-related claims. Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable, along with str
