Transport and Logistics Administrator Key Skills: Strong administration skills, Confident with MS Office, ideally a transport or fleet background, Able to manage priorities and deadlines, Ability to Make things happen, excellent communication skills. Office based (5 Days) Excellent + Substantial Benefits (DOE) Role and Responsibilities Responsible for providing administration and coordination for Transport and Logistics. Responsible for maintaining driver compliance and maintenance records while liaising with depots, drivers, agencies and internal teams to ensure the efficient movement and utilisation of vehicles across regional depots. Responsible for booking agency drivers, arranging travel, accommodation, coordinating vehicle movements and maintaining accurate records across systems. Monitor and report transport-related costs, including leasing, agency, travel and fuel expenditure and reducing unnecessary costs where feasible. The Transport and Logistics Administrator will support invoice reconciliation and provide regular updates to the Team. You will be highly organised, proactive and detail orientated. You must have strong administrative and communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams and ideally have experience with transport, fleet or job management software Manage competing priorities and deadlines, maintain accurate records, track costs and produce clear reports.
