You''ll have plenty of responsibility, regular interaction with engineers and clients, and the opportunity to develop your knowledge of the lift industry.What you''ll be doing:Coordinate engineers and book service visits.Liaise with clients on schedules, updates and completed works.Manage service and breakdown callouts.Coordinate subcontractors, POs and invoices.Monitor service reports and follow-up works.Keep systems and records accurate and up to date.Support invoicing and client KPI reporting.Manage daily engineer communication and handovers.
