This is a permanent, full-time role offering stability, structured working hours, and additional overtime opportunities.The RoleReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide technical electrical engineering support within the Hard FM Services department. Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with agreed schedules and deadlinesCompleting and maintaining accurate documentation to support PPM activitiesResponding to reactive and emergency electrical faults to ensure compliance with KPIsUndertaking reactive maintenance works as requiredManaging sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with safe systems of work and permit-to-work proceduresUndertaking AP/RP duties for disciplines you are appointed toParticipating in the out-of-hours on-call rota, with the ability to attend site within one hour of being calledIn addition, you will take part in monthly generator testing, which takes place during the last full week of every month from 6:00am to 8:00am.
