Key Responsibilities: Planning and Teaching: Design and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring all students are challenged and supported. Differentiation: Tailor lessons to meet the needs of all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who require additional support. Classroom Management: Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment that encourages students to engage in their learning. Assessment: Regularly assess student progress, track achievement, and provide constructive feedback to help students reach their full potential.
