To lead the strategic and operational delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services, overseeing a large multi-disciplinary team comprising both technical Hard FM and frontline Soft FM services. To provide professional leadership for a hybrid delivery model, managing high-value external contracts alongside significant self-delivered services including Cleaning, Security, and Catering. To serve as the primary technical interface for property-related services commissioned by the AD Property and Asset Strategy, ensuring FM delivery aligns with the broader Asset Management Strategy. To support the Assistant Director in the development of long-term capital maintenance and life-cycle replacement strategies to ensure the resilience of the corporate estate.
