We''re looking for a proactive-Neighbourhood-Officer to join our team and help make a positive impact across our neighbourhoods.

In this varied and rewarding role, you''ll work closely with tenants, partner agencies, and colleagues to-support vulnerable individuals, safeguard communities, and resolve complex tenancy issues and anti-social behaviour. No two days are the same, and you''ll play a key role in improving the lives of those who live in our homes.

What you''ll be doing:

• Managing tenancy, neighbourhood and anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases.
• Building strong relationships with tenants and community stakeholders.
• Working collaboratively with partner agencies to resolve complex issues.
• Supporting vulnerable tenants and promoting tenancy sustainment.
• Taking action to create safer, stronger communities.

What will you bring:

You''ll have experience and confidence in:

• Working with multiple agencies, including Police, Social Services and Mental Health Services.
• Managing ASB cases, including evidence gathering and enforcement action.
• Managing safeguarding concerns and cases, including assessing risk and making appropriate referrals.
• Supporting and managing cases involving vulnerable tenants with complex needs.
• Managing challenging and high-risk situations, using professional judgement and appropriate escalation.
• Carrying a complex caseload, prioritising competing demands and progressing cases to resolution.
• Undertaking home visits and community-based casework, including situations where there may be conflict or risk.
• Maintaining accurate, professional case records and documenting decisions, actions and outcomes.
