Our client, a National Facilities Management Service Provider are currently on the search for a Facilities Account Manager to work on a high end corporate contract based in the center of Manchester. The role will be a key cog in the 5 Service Delivery across the state of the art office building.The Facilities Account Manager will provide exceptional relationship management with the client, implement efficiency improvements, ensuring operational compliance whilst motivating a team of facilities staff.This is a permanent, single site role in center of Manchester paying a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 that would be ideal for a Senior Facilities Manager, Operations Manager or Contracts Manager. Role Responsibilities: Management and development of site based teamsDrive and manage the commercial aspects of contracts to ensure profitability and value for money.Maintain a consistent, high-quality service delivery across all FM operations, including both soft and hard services.Identify and implement improvements in service delivery and operational processes, including cost efficiency initiatives.Embed an exceptional customer service ethosCollaborate closely with on-site teams to meet performance targets and ensure all works are executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Ensure full statutory compliance and timely completion of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across client sites.Respond effectively to reactive maintenance needs and manage incident reporting in line with
