You will design complex HVAC systems and collaborate with their environmental team (Arch Background) to deliver aesthetically pleasing spaces.With support from the Directors, you will manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and lead the project design team to achieve project goals.Candidates should have the following experience:An appreciation for good architecture and building designExperience working on projects within the commercial, retail, and master planning sectorsDegree in HVAC/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or similarExperience managing projects in client-facing rolesPassion for sustainability within the built environmentResponsibilities include:Taking briefs from clients and Directors, delivering projects from inception to completionProducing HVAC drawings, reports, specifications, guidance notes, and correspondence ensuring quality and technical standardsParticipating in design team meetings, client meetings (with a Director if applicable), pre-contract, and post-contract meetingsAdvising clients on HVAC solutions to meet practical and aesthetic requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
