You''ll play a key role in delivering seamless logistics solutions to a loyal and expanding customer base.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing export sea freight shipments from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high levels of customer service at all times.Key responsibilities include:Handling full-cycle export sea freight shipments (FCL and LCL)Liaising with customers, shipping lines, and overseas agentsPreparing and checking export documentation (Bills of Lading, customs paperwork, etc.)Booking shipments and coordinating with carriersMonitoring shipment progress and providing regular updatesManaging any issues, delays, or changes proactivelyEnsuring compliance with all relevant regulations and proceduresAbout YouThis role is suited to someone already working within freight forwarding who can hit the ground running.We''re looking for:Current experience in export sea freight forwarding (essential)Strong understanding of deep sea shipping operationsKnowledge of export documentation and
