The company is recognised for its quality, service and innovation.Working as part of a small team, you will help maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness and safety while packing, labelling and recording products.Duties include: Pack, label and inspect products to required standards.Complete accurate product records and documentation.Maintain quality, hygiene and health and safety standards.Follow operating procedures at all times.Respond to machine alarms and carry out colour changes.Complete machine and equipment clean-downs.Progress through grades and take on additional responsibilities.Assist with training once experienced.Full training provided. Experience/skills required: Good numeracy and attention to detail.Reliable with excellent timekeeping.Accurate record keeping skills.Strong work ethic and team player.Willingness to learn and progress.Commitment to health and safety. Shift pattern: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per weekMonday to Friday3-shift rotating pattern, (06:00am to 14:00pm, 22:00pm to 06:00am and 14:00pm to 22:00pm (1/2-hour unpaid break per shift)Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required depending on the needs of the company.
