Based in Bristol you will work within an expanding team to deliver a wide range of commercial consultancy services to a diverse client base across the South-West region. Key responsibilities will include: - Due Diligence - Construction Monitoring - Contract Administration - Planned Preventative Maintenance - Dilapidations and Exit Strategy - Party Walls For this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant degree qualification combined with a practical understanding of commercial Building Surveying.
