Futures recruitment are looking to appoint an Electrical maintenance engineer for a manufacturing client of ours based in Halifax. This is a great opportunity for an Electrical maintenance engineer to work on a reactive basis and to a ppm schedule on a variety of machines. You need previous experience working in a fast paced, deadline focused manufacturing plant with highly automated equipment. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct and complete planned maintenance Ensure fault reporting is clear and precise Electrical and mechanical fault finding to increase OEE and reduce downtime Be able to accurately estimate the time frame of activitySkills and Qualifications: Working knowledge of PLCs, motor invertors and relay-controlled equipment Minimum 5 years'' practical FMCG experience HNC/HND qualified with time served apprenticeship in electrical engineering PLC knowledge for fault finding and repair Pneumatic/Hydraulic fault finding for fully automated machinery an advantage
