MEP Lead Data Centre Construction Location: Blyth Sector: Data Centres / Mission-Critical Infrastructure Employment Type: Full-time Working Pattern: Site-based, with a 10/4 rotation available Salary: Circa £120,000 / €140,000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced MEP Lead to join a major data centre construction project in the UK. This is a senior site-based leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of mechanical and electrical works, managing engineering and construction teams, and ensuring that all MEP activities are coordinated and delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, discipline leads and specialist subcontractors to drive programme performance, resolve technical issues and coordinate installation through to commissioning. This opportunity would suit an experienced MEP professional with a strong background in large-scale construction projects, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage complex mechanical and electrical packages within a demanding project environment.
