The business is now at an inflection point, with a deliberate strategic shift towards service-led, recurring revenue, and a mandate to significantly expand its position in the building services and industrial sectors. Reporting at senior level within the company and the broader group, the Head of Sales will take full commercial ownership of the Scotland operation, leading a multi-site team across Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. The remit spans revenue growth, margin improvement, market expansion and the development of a structured, proactive sales function.
