OUR HOTELWhat you''ll be doing...This role contributes to RBHs Purpose by controlling and overlooking a smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage operational departments:Fremantle Bar and KitchenConference and Events OperationsRooms ServiceThe responsibility of the FandB Ops Manager is to manage the day-to-day operations of the Fremantle restaurant and bar area, work closely with the MandE Sales Manager, Executive Chef, reporting to the General Manager.This collaboration is to maximise the trade in all areas of the hotel and co-ordinate work and attention to serve this need.The FandB Ops Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service, whilst maintaining productivity and maximizing departmental profit.This will require both planning and attention to detail, a good working relationship with all departments in the hotel, taking on the mantra as the figurehead of Fremantle and taking personal responsibility for its successful operation.Help develop, support and implement a progressive FandB marketing strategyInnovation with FandB products and standardsManage staffing levels with attention to budget and business requirementsEstablishing and maintaining stock levels and equipmentEstablishing, monitoring and continuously improving Standard Operating ProceduresTraining, coaching and development of the FandB team and MandE supervisorEnsure achievement of budgeted profitability of all FandB operational departments under your controlUtilise food and beverage personnel between all outlets to minimise payroll expenditure and ensure flexibility of the teamEnsure all employees receive regular training to update their skills and knowledge and meet their own personal development needsMaximise the service opportunities for guests to ensure return visitsEQUAL OPPORTUNITIESRBH Hospitality Management is an equal opportunity employer.
