Senoir Sous Chef - new concept Mayfair

We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef that will be at the helm of a brand-new kitchen, to build and mentor a team of six. The Senior Sous Chef will set operational standards, and ensure every dish served exceeds expectations. Fully accountable for the kitchen performance, food costs, and consistency from launch day onwards.What they offer:Salary up to 60K + service charge.Mon to SatTo be part of a high-profile Mayfair opening with immediate creative influence.Direct mentorship and collaboration with Chef Enrico Bartolini (11 Michelin Stars)Growth potential into Executive Chef roles as the company expands.The opportunity to build a legacy in a new, exciting concept.What Youll Do:Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen brigade.Execute and elevate a menu designed in collaboration with Enrico Bartolini, with room to add your signature style.Maintain top-tier standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.Manage inventory, suppliers, and food costs with full accountability.Work closely with the General Manager and investors to refine the guest experience.Lead with calm, confidence, and a solutions-focused mindset during the high-energy launch phase.Who Were Looking For:Sous Chef level or higher experience in fine dining, with proven leadership ability.Exceptional culinary expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.Calm, inspiring, and capable of motivating a new team under pressure.Entrepreneurial mindset: ambitious, collaborative, and excited to grow with a new hospitality brand.If this sounds great to you, we would like to hear from you.
