HR and Client Administrator

Fully on SiteOccasional weekends requiredMust Drive due to locationThis high end, exclusive hospitality company are looking for an experienced HR administrator that is looking to be in a busy role. You will be responsible for implementing new systems and procedures to digitalise the HR and Client admin function. This position offers a friendly working environment, that requires someone that has experience of dealing with high end clients and understands the importance of protecting their confidentiality.Benefits:Complete Xmas closureAnnual Bonus28 days holiday inclusive of bankParking on siteCompetitive salaryPensionResponsibilities:Maintain and update the client databaseManage all client enquiries maintain professionalism at all times.Onboard new clients, sending welcome packs and organising interviewsProduce an annual Handbook and organise distributionProject manage and implement a digital administration system for Client and HRDraft employment contracts and offer lettersCreate job descriptions and support with recruitmentMaintain personnel filesRemind department heads of probation reviews, manage training.Ensure that all HR compliance is up to date and in line with company policiesMaintain all HR records, inc holiday and absencesGeneral administrative duties relating to HandS, Pension and PayrollSkills required:Proven administrative experience is essential ideally in hospitality or leisureExperience and good understanding of HR and functionsAble to work independently in a
