This role will suit a highly organised HR professional who enjoys working with data, compliance, payroll-related processes and employee benefits administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employee benefits compliance, with a particular focus on P11D reporting, taxable benefits administration and year-end tax processes. Assist with the preparation and submission of annual P11D returns. Ensure accurate reporting of taxable benefits and expenses. Reconcile HR, payroll and benefits data to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support year-end tax reporting and compliance activities. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR data is up to date.
