Behaviour Support Worker Location: St Helens Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Pay: 95- 105 per day Start Date: JanuaryWe are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support worker for a well-regarded secondary school in St Helens. You will be working in a 1 to 1 capacity with students who may have additional needs, and those who are disengaged with their education. These students need extra support and guidance and may display quite challenging behaviours that will need to be managed. Some of these students may have ASD, ADHD, SEMH and some may have chaotic home lives / trauma. Although this is a mainstream school, you will be working within the SEN department and be overseen by the SENCO.
