Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and manage the reception area
• Handle enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Coordinate meeting room and hot desk bookings
• Support meetings, events and workplace activities
• Manage the reception inbox and switchboard
• Book taxis and support day-to-day Facilities administration
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and service providers

About You

• Previous experience in Reception, Front of House, Customer Service or Facilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications
• Professional, proactive and team-oriented approach
