Apex Resources are hiring Sales Consultants to join our 2027 cohort, starting in January as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

The Opportunity

We''re looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals with a strong sales background who want to build a successful career in recruitment.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you''ll be responsible for developing new business, building client relationships and generating revenue within the recruitment sector with a key focus on Trades & Labour markets..

You don''t need previous recruitment experience.

We''re interested in people who know how to sell, prospect, build relationships and win business.

A background in any of the following would be highly desirable:

• Real Estate
• Brokerage
• B2B Sales
• Cold Calling
• Outbound Sales
• Business Development

Key Skills and attributes:-

• Confident in speaking to business owners-
