This is a senior mandate for an experienced cyber leader to provide both strategic direction and hands on operational leadership to a maturing, multi region cyber defence function. The assignment Over the three months, your main focus will be to: Deliver strategic guidance and operational expertise to the Cyber Defence team, ensuring CISO goals are clearly progressed and team performance aligns with those objectives. Mentor key senior leadership team members within Cyber Defence, providing consultancy to improve efficiency, leadership capability and stakeholder engagement. Review and develop existing Incident Response plans and where necessary, recommend and implement changes so they align with strategic and operational objectives and support the broader CISO cyber programme. Identify and develop operational and performance reporting for the CISO, including robust performance measures, tracking metrics and trend analysis.
