Key Responsibilities: Register and build rapport with potential home buyers. Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to the vendor. Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers. Arranging appointments for the mortgage broker and referring clients to solicitors. Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. Conduct valuations, or train to do so. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in estate agency, as a Sales Negotiator or above. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
