Mayfair, London Office Based Fixed Term Contract - Maternity CoverA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright, polished and highly organised Team Assistant to join a prestigious wealth management firm based in beautiful offices in Mayfair on a maternity cover contract.This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting a busy broking and investment team, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in financial services.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing first-class support to both colleagues and clients.Responsibilities include:Supporting Investment Managers and the wider team with day-to-day administrationMeeting and greeting clients and providing a professional front-of-house serviceHandling incoming calls, messages and client communicationsOrganising meetings, refreshments and team functionsPreparing meeting packs, portfolios and client documentationDrafting correspondence, emails and marketing mail mergesUpdating the CRM system and maintaining accurate client recordsAssisting with account openings, transfers and client paperworkMonitoring transfers and liaising with relevant third partiesTyping meeting and call notes into the in-house systemManaging post, stationery and office administrationSupporting marketing initiatives and printed materialsThe ideal candidate will have:Excellent organisational and prioritisation skillsStrong communication skills, bo
