You''ll play a key role in ensuring housing standards are met and maintained, with responsibilities including:Conducting general building surveys and preparing detailed reports.Diagnosing damp and mould issues in line with Awaab''s Law.Completing disrepair assessments under Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.Supervising contractors in accordance with CDM Regulations 2015.Managing asbestos risks and conducting fire safety evaluations.Producing Energy Performance Certificates for lettings and sales.Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.This position is Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you''ll need:A HNC or equivalent qualificatio
