Job Title: Site Janitor Location: Peterborough Contract Type: Full-Time (37 hours/week)About the Role: Manpower has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Site Maintenance/ Industrial Cleaner to join our clients team based in Peterborough. This is a key role focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and organised factory environment.You''ll be responsible for managing waste streams, performing minor repair work, and supporting our Stores and Workshop teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the site. Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and safety across the site while following safe working practices.Support the warehouse teams with keeping their areas clean and tidy.Carry out minor repairs to address general wear and tear.Maintain and operate the floor cleaning equipment in both Workshop and Stores areas.Occasionally support Stores and Workshop operations as needed.May be required to collect or deliver items locally.What We''re Looking For:Practical, hands-on approach with an eye for detail.Willingness to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.Basic repair/maintenance skills.Ability to manage physical tasks and work in a factory environment.Flexible and adaptable to meet changing site needs.Terms and Benefits:Full-time role based on 37 hours per week.May occasionally require work outside normal hours.21 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays + 3 Days between Christmas and New yearExtra annual leave at length of serviceRegular soci
