We are currently recruiting for SEN Learning Support staff to assist pupils in primary and secondary schools across Chesham and surrounding areas. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs throughout their educational journey.

About the Role:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in both their learning and emotional wellbeing
• Encouraging focus, engagement, and confidence throughout the school day
• Assisting teaching staff with classroom activities, routines, and lesson delivery
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Adapting to work flexibly across various schools and age groups as needed

The ideal candidate will:

• Proven experience supporting children or young people in educational, care, or youth work settings
• Calm, patient, and empathetic demeanour, with a supportive approach to behaviour and learning
• Flexible and confident, able to adapt quickly to a variety of school environments and classroom needs
• Genuine passion for helping young people thrive, both academically and personally
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to obtain one prior to starting the role
