The role is based at their head office in Beaconsfield, with some travel to live sites. The Technical Manager will report to the Commercial, Technical and Production Director and will lead on pre-construction technical coordination, consultant management, and design compliance. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Coordinate and review technical drawings and specifications for residential developments Ensure all designs are buildable, compliant, and aligned with planning permissions Manage external consultants, budgets, and project timelines Oversee service connections, Section Agreements, and NHBC approvals Maintain all required documentation, including health and safety files and technical registers Liaise with authorities for permits (e.g., hoarding, scaffolding, road closures) Support procurement and commercial teams with accurate technical data Mentor and manage a Technical Coordinator in line with project goals Collaborate with the sales team to verify broch
