Job Title: Assets and Facilities Manager (Office and Commercial)

Salary: £47,355 per annum
Location: Across North Somerset
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

We''re looking for an experienced Assets and Facilities Manager to take the lead in managing a diverse range of non-domestic properties - including offices, community hubs, commercial spaces and multi-use buildings across North Somerset and the surrounding areas.

You''ll be responsible for:

- Overseeing Health and Safety and security across commercial sites
- Managing leases, business continuity, and facilities operations
- Driving environmental sustainability initiatives
- Leading on facilities projects, contractor management and procurement
- Collaborating across teams to deliver strategic objectives

What we''re looking for:

- Proven experience in building services and asset management
- Experience leading large-scale facilities projects
- Strong contractor and budget management skills
- A flexible, proactive communicator who thrives on problem-solving
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel between sites)
