About the Role As Engagement and Development Manager, you will: Lead on fundraising and income generation, developing strategies to secure support from donors, grants, community events, and corporate partnerships. Build and nurture relationships with partners, supporters, volunteers, and the wider community. Develop and deliver marketing and communications campaigns to raise awareness of our work. Support organisational growth through strategic planning and operational improvements. Provide line management to staff, supporting their development and fostering a collaborative culture.
