This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Sprayer with HGV, LCV or commercial vehicle experience to join a large and reputable repair operation, offering a competitive hourly rate, regular bonus opportunities and paid Saturday overtime. Duties and Responsibilities Carry out high-quality paint spraying and refinishing work on HGVs, LCVs and commercial vehicles. Prepare vehicles and panels for painting, including masking, sanding and priming. Mix and match paint colours accurately to achieve a high-quality finish. Apply primers, basecoats and clearcoats using appropriate spraying techniques. Carry out preparation and finishing work to ensure vehicles meet the required standards. Inspect completed work and rectify any imperfections where necessary. Work efficiently to meet repair timescales while maintaining high-quality standards. Follow all relevant health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE and air-fed equipment. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
