As CRM Executive, you ll play a key role in supporting the company s CRM strategy, continually optimising and evolving customer communications to drive engagement, loyalty, and transactions across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day delivery of CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications). Building, testing, scheduling, deploying, and monitoring campaigns. Analysing and reporting on campaign performance to deliver insight and improvement. ABOUT THE CANDIDATE We re looking for someone with: Around 2 years experience in CRM communications. Hands-on experience with marketing cloud platforms (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Strong knowledge of CRM best practice, campaign implementation, and A/B testing.
