Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Talent AcquisitionManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, arranging interviews and supporting hiring managers.Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment journey.Build effective relationships with hiring managers to understand requirements and support informed hiring decisions.Coordinate and develop the work experience programme, creating valuable placement opportunities.Provide administrative support for visa applications and international recruitment.
