The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in delivering high-quality technical drawings and supporting engineers across a broad range of civil engineering projects, with a particular focus on residential and infrastructure developments.Essential RequirementsMinimum of 5 years'' experience in a technician role.Proficient in AutoCAD (essential).Proven experience in the design and delivery of highways (including S278/S38) and drainage schemes for residential developments.Experience working collaboratively with local authorities, developers, and architects on civil engineering aspects of residential, commercial, and care/retirement schemes.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proactive and accountable approach to work.Desirable RequirementsExperience on large-scale, multi-phase developments.Proficiency in Site3D, Civil 3D, or PDS.Experience supporting projects throughout all stages, from planning through to working drawings.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain high-quality design drawings in accordance with project and client requirements.Produce construction details and bespoke design solutions based on e
