Ranstad are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager with handover experience to work on a major land development infrastructure project in North London. Our client is a highly regarded Main Tier Contractor.

This is a freelance contract role expected to last 12-18 months.

**Major Infrastructure project handover/closeout experience working for a construction main contractor is ESSENTIAL.

We''re looking for a dedicated professional to oversee all quality assurance activities for a complex development that includes site remediation, new roads, bridges, flood defenses, utility connections (electricity, gas, communications, water), and extensive new parklands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality Assurance: Drive all quality assurance efforts across the project.

• Develop & Implement Quality Plans: Create, review, and refine the project''s Quality Plan, ensuring it meets all requirements.

• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for all client-related quality matters.

• Establish Standards: Set Project Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Implement Quality Control: Design and manage the project''s quality control system, including handover procedures.

• Documentation Management: Maintain and update all project management system documentation.

• Advisory Role: Guide the creation of other critical project documents like the Environmental, Health & Safety, Cost, and Risk Management Plans.

• Supplier Audits: Conduct quality system audits for all suppliers, including design consultants.

• Training & Development: Develop and deliver quality training programs for project personnel.
