Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to join our team at Renault Bristol, based at Pioneer Park, Brislington (BS4).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor, Senior Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor looking to play a key role within a busy manufacturer-owned dealership.

Reporting to and working closely with the Parts Manager, you'll help ensure the Parts Department operates efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of customer service, stock control and workshop support.

What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department
• Assist with supervising and developing Parts Advisors and departmental colleagues
• Supply parts efficiently to both workshop and retail customers
• Support stock control activities, including ordering, receipting, returns and inventory management
• Help maintain accurate records and effective departmental processes
• Support the achievement of departmental sales, service and stock objectives
• Ensure customer enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
• Liaise closely with Technicians, Service Advisors and external suppliers
• Promote high standards of customer service and departmental organisation
• Support the Parts Manager with operational activities and departmental administration

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates with previous experience within an automotive parts environment.

You'll ideally demonstrate:

• Experience as a Parts Advisor, Senior Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor
• Knowledge of automotive parts operations within a dealer group, manufacturer-owned retailer, motor factor or trade parts environment
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• Experience using Kerridge, Autoline, Keyloop/CDK or similar dealer management systems would be advantageous

Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial, although experienced Parts Advisors seeking a progression opportunity are also encouraged to apply.

Driving Licence Requirement

A full UK manual driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role.

Hours & Pay

This role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break plus alternate Saturday morning overtime, 8:30am to 12:30pm, payable at time-and-a-half.

Basic salary is £31,000 pa. Bonus earnings provide an OTE of circa £37,200 pa. Overtime earnings circa £2,300 pa on top.

An ECOP Company Car is provided.
