As Head Nurse, you''ll play a pivotal role in shaping nursing standards, supporting professional development, and ensuring the highest level of patient care. You''ll work alongside a talented 6 vet team, including certificate holders in ECC and Surgery, in a practice that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Key responsibilities: Mentor and develop RVNs, student nurses, and VCAs, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Oversee nursing protocols, ensuring best practices in patient care and clinic efficiency. Work alongside advanced practitioners in surgery and emergency care, contributing to complex cases.
