Position: Gas Administration Manager Location: Bromley Salary: (Apply online only) The role: We are working in partnership with an established gas and heating business, who operate within the domestic and commercial sectors, to recruit an experienced administration manager to oversee their domestic contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation with a real focus on development and progression. Duties include • Overseeing scheudling team to ensure efficient management of domestic works, providing guidance and support. • Client liaison, leading meetings, providing reports - WIP, compliance etc. • Working closely with the technical management team to resolve issues proactively. • Listening and understanding issues raised by clients and residents and actioning resolutions The ideal candidate - Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise own workload, deal with conflicting demands and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent people management skills. - Ability to show tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information. - Excellent communication skills, telephone skills and interpersonal skills. - Ability to use IT - MS Packages and database systems. - Previous experience managing domestic gas works and knowledge of the domestic gas industry.
