Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with clients, leaseholders and residents. Manage the specific operational and compliance requirements associated with high-rise residential buildings. Carry out regular property inspections, identifying and following up on maintenance, health and safety and operational matters. Oversee repairs, contractors and specialist consultants, ensuring works are completed effectively, to the appropriate standard and represent value for money. Coordinate major works programmes, including planning, budgeting, consultation and communication with relevant stakeholders.
