The Digital Forensics and Investigations team is part of our Technology practice that brings together professionals across a broad range of disciplines, including forensic investigations, cloud technology, blockchain, data privacy, software development and AI. This role offers an opportunity to start your career in a specialist team delivering services to a diverse client base in London.What You''ll Do

Identify and acquire digital evidence to forensic standards, on-site at client premises around the UK and abroadUtilise industry standard and bespoke software to access, extract and handle data from mobile devices, computers, server and cloud data sourcesPerform forensic analysis and reporting for a wide range of digital devices under supervision of senior staffLiaise with clients and senior staff to manage workResearch and develop custom solutions as required on a case-by-case basisBe service-oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when necessaryTravel as required, which may be at short noticeWhat You Will Need to Succeed

Basic QualificationsUniversity graduate/final year student who can work full-time from 7 September 2026Achieved/predicted a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in forensic computing or a technology, criminal or legal-focused subject, or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with forensic principles and technologiesA keen interest in forensic practices and protocolsFamiliarity with mobile device, cloud and personal computer systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a digital forensics or related role or university projectKnowledge of forensic imaging and analysis tools such as Encase, Cellebrite or X-WaysAbility to handle data using tools such as Excel, MS Access, SQL and other toolsKnowledge of programming or scripting (Python, Java, C#, Visual Basic, PowerShell)Enthusiasm for technology and an interest in technical developmentsSelf-developer that demonstrates an ability to solve complex problems with well thought out solutionsAbility to manage time and prioritise tasks effectivelyAbility to work effectively as part of a team and support the team''s goalsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while handling multiple tasks through to completionAbility to communicate effectively in a client facing roleFlexible with working hours and ability to work in a cross-functional teamOur Application Process
