The role is offering a competitive hourly rate off:Umbrella rate - £60 - £65 per hourPAYE (Inc Hol) - £53.28 - £57.68This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare lawyer to take on a senior-level caseload while supporting the wider team on complex public law children matters.Responsibilities as a Senior Childcare Lawyer: Prepare and review legal documentation including applications, statements, and court bundles.Attend (remotely) case conferences, legal planning meetings, and strategy meetings.Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and associated statutory guidance. About you as a Senior Childcare Lawyer: Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or FCILEx with significant experience in Childcare law.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
