This initial three-month contract will focus predominantly on Stage 4 and Stage 5 design, working across multiple smaller schemes through the run-up to the end of the year.

The position offers -4548 per hour DOE, Outside IR35, with five days per week required in the London office.

Working closely with the Mechanical Director, you''ll provide technical design support across approximately 10-15 live projects at various stages of delivery.

Your work will include producing schedules, sizing and selecting equipment, develop detailed design information and use Bluebeam for drawing reviews and mark-ups.

With several schemes progressing simultaneously, you''ll need to be comfortable balancing priorities and producing accurate technical work within a fast-moving project environment.

• Strong mechanical Building Services design experience
• Experience working at Stage 4 and Stage 5
• Background in commercial fit-out projects
• Good knowledge of MEP design and coordination
• Experience producing equipment schedules
• Confident with mechanical equipment sizing and selection
• Bluebeam experience for reviews and mark-ups
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Education project experience would be beneficial
• Availability to work from the London office five days per week

The initial contract will run for three months, working 37.5 hours per week at -4548 per hour DOE.
