Sub Agent Location: Central London Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent / Senior Engineer with General civils works - RC works, excavations and backfilling experience. You will be joining a Contractor, working on a prestigious Project in Central London Key Responsibilities:Managing Site engineers, engineering activities and self-delivery teamsPlanning, forecasting, and delivering works to programmeDeveloping and maintaining programmes, risk assessments, and quality assurance documentationOverseeing design coordination, NCRs, RFIs, and health and safety complianceEssential Experience:Significant hands-on experience delivering Civils or rail projectsStrong technical knowledge and the ability to manage works independentlyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills This role is paying 430 a day CIS Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
