We are seeking a

Senior Estimator

to lead tendering activities, framework opportunities, and competitive bids. The

Senior Estimator

will play a key role in business development, delivering accurate cost estimates while building strong relationships across frameworks such as Fusion 21 and other social housing contracts.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead as the

Senior Estimator

on all tenders, from enquiry through to submission for fire protection projects

Develop relationships with framework providers, suppliers, and clients while promoting the

Identify and secure opportunities across social housing and public sector frameworks as the

Senior Estimator

Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for fire protection contracts

Support business growth by bringing in new work while mentoring junior estimators

About YouProven experience as a

Senior Estimator

or similar role in construction and fire protection projects

Strong knowledge of Fusion 21, M3NHF, and social housing procurement processes

Familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts and ability to interpret architectural drawings

Relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
