Core Purpose of Role Lead Solar PV installation teams of 4 (Including yourself), manage site safety and quality assurance, liaise with clients and Operations, and ensure successful project delivery. Experience Requirements Extensive experience across various solar PV systems installations. Demonstrated ability to install independently with minimal supervision. Must be a driver with own vehicle. Confident working at height. Flexible working nationally with regular overnight stays ( 4 nights/week, expensed). Skills and Competencies Competent in panel layout, string design, and interpreting technical drawings, roof plans, and cable routing diagrams. Understanding of mounting kit types (flat, trapezoidal steel, pitched roof systems) and ability to square roofs, locate inverters, and plan DC cable routes.
