The role will be based from the Colchester office and we seek someone with good b2b service sales experience. Key responsibilities include: Using Linkedin to identify key clients and contacts to approachUsing industry specific CV portals to identify top talentUse AI and other software to help support your BD activitiesConvince key contacts to use this recruitment service as a way to find their top rolesSpeak to clients over the phone and also via Teams to formalize requirementsThe Person We need someone who is highly motivated, driven with fantastic presentation and a consultative communication style.
