They inspire and lead a diverse team of staff and volunteers, creating caring and supportive environment for people to flourish.Our charity shops are vital in raising funds from the sale of pre-loved, donated stock to fund Mind''s vital mental health support services. But they are more than just shops, they play a vital role in local communities across England and Wales, offering a warm and welcoming place for people to shop, volunteer, or access our mental health information.As a Shop Manager, you''ll have the opportunity to drive change and make an impact, in a varied role where no day is ever the same!
