You''ll lead and assure the Trust''s systems and processes for high quality care, support the Executive Team with specialist advice, and play a key role in regulatory compliance and inspection readiness (including CQC). This post leads core functions including patient safety and compliance, risk management, safeguarding, the Mental Health Act Office, and patient experience/service engagement, and is responsible for ensuring risk management arrangements support the Board Assurance Framework Key responsibilities:Lead implementation of quality/clinical strategies and strengthen quality governance across the Trust. Provide Trust leadership for CQC registration and ongoing compliance monitoring. Oversee serious incidents, incident reporting/learning, patient safety improvement activity and patient experience/complaints processes. Ensure robust risk systems and escalation processes via risk registers/BAF reporting.
