Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Housing Officer for a 3 month contract situated in Manchester

The role as Sheltered Officer will involve:

- Providing a frontline service to residents across Dispersed properties across Greater Manchester

- Managing Compliance processes

- Supporting residents with Income issues

- Completing Heath and Safety checks

- Low level ASB issues

- Managing voids

Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing experience

To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check
